Malgorzata Okreglicka

The Researcher has 15 years of experience at Czestochowa University of Technology in Poland as Assistant Professor with Ph.D. degree. She was a supervisor of over 100 Bachelor and Master Theses in the field of management. The author/co-author of 2 scientific monographs and 150 scientific articles in journals and monographs, mostly from the area of small and medium-sized enterprises management. The participants of many international conferences and foreign scientific trainings with the experience in lectures in English. The main organizer of 1st International Conference Contemporary Issues in Theory and Practice of Management CITPM 2016 and editor of its Proceedings which are indexed in Web of Science database. The experienced reviewer of scientific papers for international journals eg. International Journal of Business and Management and conferences. The author of over 160 scientific papers.

Lina Artemenko 

Academic degree of PhD, Associate Professor at the Department of Management. Author of over 180 scientific works, including 4 monographs, 30 scientific articles, 4 manuals. Works on theses for Doctor of Sciences “Strategic management of industrial enterprises economic security in terms of European integration”.
Training courses: Strategic Management, Competitiveness in Innovation, Project Management, Theory and Methodology of Management for PhD. Supervisor of doctoral, bachelor and master theses.  Curator of student’s academic mobility. Experienced in teaching students from China, Vietnam, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, France, Iran and Iraq.
In 2016, passed the course “Education process, modern methods of scientific research and analyses: the experience of Schiller International University” at Department of Business and Economics, Heidelberg, Germany.

Maryna Pichugina

Associate Professor at the Department of Management, NTUU “KPI”.
Academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy. Graduated in 2003, NTUU “KPI”, master of management of foreign economic activity. Author of over 60 scientific and methodical works, including 2 monographs. Curator of 2 student groups: masters and bachelors. Supervisor of bachelor and master theses. Curator of academic mobility of students who are enrolled in the double degree program in European universities. Experienced in teaching students from China, Vietnam, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and France. Lecturer for master students from Iraq.

Iryna Manaienko 

PhD, Associate professor at the Department of Management, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
Head of the section “Management of International Projects”, supervisor of academic groups.
March 2013 – internship in the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine (certificate № 15 / 1-223 from 27.03.2013).

Since 2011 has experience in teaching the subjects: “Regional Economics”, “International Economic Relations”, “Customs”, “Management of export-import operations”, “Economic Analysis”, “Controlling”, and “Management in Telecommunications.”
The author of over 70 scientific publications, some of which are the results of joint Ukrainian-Polish research.

Hanna Zhaldak 

PhD in Economics, Senior lecturer at National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.
During 2016 had internship  within the course SDI-2: Database Management System for SDI (Vancouver Island University, Canada).
In 2015-2016 participated in the seminars “Educational innovation: the epoch of online”; “How to teach PR” and received a certificate of professional skills (Kyiv School of Economics, Ukraine).
In 2013 was a member of the joint Ukraine-Belarus project “The theory of social capital impact on increasing the competitiveness of reforming economies”.
The author and co-author of 50 scientific works.

Kateryna Kuznietsova 

PhD, Senior Lecturer of Management department at NTUU “Igor Sikorski Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.
Research interests: international economic activity of Ukraine, integration priorities of Ukraine’s economy, resources for competitiveness at the macro and micro levels.
